At Huda WP, we sell digital WordPress themes and related digital products. Because our products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded, installed, or accessed.
Eligibility for Refunds
We may consider a refund request within 7 days of purchase only in the following situations:
- The purchased product is materially different from its description or live demo.
- The product has a critical technical issue that prevents it from functioning as described.
- Our support team is unable to resolve the reported issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide your order number, the email address used during checkout, and clear details about the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases.
- Lack of technical knowledge or inability to use WordPress, WooCommerce, or the theme.
- Compatibility issues caused by third-party plugins, custom code, hosting environments, or modifications made by you or another developer.
- Requests made after the product has been downloaded, installed, imported, customized, or used on a website, unless the product has a verified critical issue.
- Products purchased during a sale, promotion, discount campaign, or using a coupon code.
- Failure to read the product description, documentation, system requirements, or live demo before purchase.
- Requests based on features that are not listed on the product page.
Support Before Refunds
If you experience an issue with a product, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve eligible technical issues.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so we can review and resolve the issue. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of product access, updates, support, and future purchases.
